Community Standards

Spirit

Lam is a quiet place to keep what stays. Most content is private. When you choose to go public or share, keep the space safe, respectful, and gentle. These standards apply to public content and content in shared spaces.

Not allowed

• Harassment, bullying, threats toward others.
• Hate speech targeting people or groups based on protected characteristics (ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, etc.).
• Violence or incitement / threats of harm.
• Sexual content, and especially any child sexual abuse material — strictly forbidden; removed immediately, account banned, and reported to authorities.
• Spam, scams, fraud, or platform manipulation.
• Impersonation or misrepresenting your identity.
• Violating others' privacy: posting someone's private information or images without permission.
• Intellectual-property infringement: posting content you don't have rights to.
• Harmful misinformation that affects others' safety.
• Content that violates Vietnamese law.

Respect others' privacy

Being in a memory doesn't mean someone wants it public. Think before sharing images or stories that involve other people.

Reporting and enforcement

• You can report content or accounts in the app.
• You can block an account so it can't interact with you.
• Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Depending on severity, we may remove content, warn, restrict, or ban accounts.

Consequences

Violations may lead to content removal, feature restrictions, or account termination. For serious violations (especially child safety), we act immediately and cooperate with authorities when needed.
